The Background

The firm hired a third-party to build their WordPress website. Most of the website was hardcoded, leaving very little flexibility for new content. The site was slow and sometimes unresponsive, highlighting performance issues.

The first priority was to regain control over the template. Because it had been hardcoded to the original design, most of the new publications were a nightmare. It was like fitting a square peg in a round hole. We used key plugins to customize the theme to meet our needs. Through trainings and tutorials, we were able to give the team the freedom they needed to do their job.

The second focus was on performance and SEO. Through code optimization and a healthier plugin management, we were able to maximize the WordPress website on both mobile and desktop. Additionally, we reviewed the existing content for optimal SEO.

Finally, we are now involved in the continuous development and implementation of their content strategy. Fully focused on LinkedIn before, we have enabled a multichannel approach that creates a navigation funnel to the website, engaging users to consume the valuable content the firm has to offer, and generating business leads for the future.
